Role:
Senior User Experience Designer

Client:
Minnow

The Opportunity:
How might we create a seamless experience that makes ordering and picking up lunch as convenient as grabbing it from your own refrigerator?

Reimagining Grab-and-Go Lunch:

Minnow was an early-stage startup focused on rethinking the workplace lunch experience. By combining a mobile ordering platform with a network of climate-controlled pickup pods, the company aimed to eliminate long lunch lines and make high-quality meals more convenient for busy professionals.

As part of the product design team, I helped shape the end-to-end user experience – from discovering restaurants and placing an order to receiving notifications and collecting meals from secure pickup locations. The experience also included loyalty rewards, promotions, and personalized communications to encourage repeat engagement.

Designing for Minnow required balancing the needs of users, restaurants, and the physical pickup infrastructure, creating a connected experience that felt intuitive across both digital and real-world touchpoints.
